If you have a smartphone download the asda app and put your receipts in here first, the app asks for no details. You can also then input your receipt on the computer and because you have already put in the app it doesn't ask for any details and you can just print it.

No need to use an app. At a computer one can enter bar codes from receipts without submitting an email address provided that one unchecks the I want to be the first to hear about useful information, special offers, promotions, ideas and new services from ASDA box. Only if there is something worth claiming is it necessary to go on to the next stage.

sorry I only got the article today on a news article, how odd

wonder how I missed this one

did the tesco on DTD few years ago

however I noted they said that muller yogs on the APG were £7.76 and they were £5 in tesco so I got a little coupon back, but they were on offer so they only cost £5 anyway so £2.76 for nothing

do you have to buy 18 different items to do the APG?

thanks and sorry for old news lol

  • Old thread I know but it'd be useful to have this as reference.

I've been presented with the dreaded "Your refund limit has been reached for this month" on the Asda site. Nuts, that receipt was worth £4!

So I've just spoken to Asda Price Guarantee customer services guy who tells me this receipt is now locked to the email address I first entered, which was my own email with a few random characters stuck in front. Seems those random characters are not quite so random.

He also tells me that receipts are redeemable within a 28-day rolling period "from the date of the first receipt you entered". Quite what this means I don't know, as I've been entering receipts for a few years now; however, I asked if I could redeem this receipt in, say, 25 days' time and he seemed positive there would be no problem with this.
