just a quick queiry. is it just me or is it impossible to claim a voucher reward? I have enough points to get a marks and spencer voucher but it wont accept my order. Im hoping I am doing something really silly but I dont think so. After getting to the point whereI have to confirm my address, the system will not allow me to go from 'pending' to 'confimed'. I want my voucher!!!!
All help gratefully received
mortgage £800 overpayment 2022. £600/£2400 2023 🙂 savings £1853/£1800 😊0 -
I just received £30 Marks & Spencer vouchers from ipoints yesterday and the vouchers turned up pretty quickly.
Just went into 'spend your points', logged in and selected vouchers. Perhaps there is a glitch in their system. Try the contact form.
Good luck0 -

Has anyone joined Jackpotjoy via iPoints? If so have you got your points? I joined ages ago and despite chasing the points up I have still not had them credited. What is annoying though is the lame excuses you get off iPoints, one query came back with a response saying that they are now on 80-90 turnaround time yet the advert still states 30 days. Not happy. They say that football is a religion, if this is true I worship at the Exacta Stadium, Chester0

I did get my points eventually, though!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
