move the cursor over each section to see whether the message shows "You can collect 25 points".
What a ridiculous idea that is. I just checked that page the other day and assumed no points were available. Never realised you have to hover over every section now!

Another set of profile updates, lots of points to be gained.

I used to work for I points (more than 10 years ago now) - nice to see they're still around.
  • Hi everyone.
I recently tried to log in on maximiles and their site told me that they are not allowed to email and have sent me a validation code to prove that I am the person who the account is for, seriously????? They do not have my mobile number, just my email address.

Well I click on the help button, but it does nothing, just stops me from contacting them in any way. I have even searched for ways to contact them with no positive results, all links go back to the same page. Even though I had closed the site page down. This is getting me down, as I have about 30,000 points in my account.

How, exactly are you able to claim amazon vouchers, all I saw (on my last visit) was the fact you can earn points while spending on amazon :-0 .

Must admit I have forgotten how I did it last time this happened (due to the fact they had stopped sending me invites to surveys, even though I had allowed them to).

Any help on these would be grateful.

It might be worth trying to contact them on their Twitter page, they don't seem to keep their Facebook page updated.

You could try the web address of their "contact us" page:
    https://www.maximiles.co.uk/help/new

Not sure if it will work though if you're not logged in.

They don't do Amazon vouchers any more (don't think they do ANY vouchers any more), I've not bothered with them since. The available rewards are junk (to me)

Maximiles do itunes giftcards, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, and LoveShop giftcards.  To claim most of these you need around 7000 or more points.
To claim you need to go to My Rewards, at left side of screen and type in area surrounding the number of points you have.  It's not the most straightforward way of redeeming points, but I claimed Love2Shop giftcard recently, and it arrived very quickly.

They also still do Argos and Sainsburys gift cards. The latter is a £25 card for 7000 points - the Argos one is similar.
