    Hi MollyDolly

    Thanks for the update,
I have been a member for many years accumulating a staggering 38k+ (Some free mostly after some purchase over the years) and thought of going full force for the things that require 100k+ but after reading your comment I got scared and have ordered a few shopping cards cards. I got a ref number and I am hoping I will get them. I will update accordingly.

Contact them on address below found in there T&C If you live in London why don't you hand deliver it or ask to see the Team personally. Take there copy of any emails or contact you have made.

I would suggest writing them and sending them a Recorded Delivery then they won't be able to deny no contact.

I will do the same if I don't get my orders delivered other wise I will do the same when contacting them.

    Good Luck.

As an update to order I did receive an email confirming all my orders but it still states if I don't get my order in 10 days I will need to contact them on the online form with no other contact so still waiting 10days from today( I will call it 10working days to give them more time)

As an update I have received all the orders I placed last week.
  • Trying to redeem from Maximiles but for the third time in a row the gift hasn't turned up. Firstly for a John Lewis voucher that didn't arrive. It was supposed to have been resent. That didn't arrive. After a lot of asking they reallocated my points. Redeemed for a Thorntons hamper end of March. Hasn't arrived. Can't get much sense from them. They've contacted the supplier who states it was despatched the day I ordered (I placed the order at 8:30pm...). The supplier is now supposed to be contacting the distributor to see how it was sent(?). Each time I contact Maximiles I'm told they're "investigating" and will get back to me. They don't. It takes a new query to get things moving forward again.

Have other people had this experience with Maxmiles? Is there anything I can do as the situation is getting ridiculous.

In the past have always redeemed vouchers, and they have been sent quickly with no problems.

The only problem with Maximiles these days, is gaining enough points to claim. :D

I've never had any problems with getting my stuff from Maximiles - they can take a while to send things out but I've always had my vouchers/goods within 8 weeks of ordering.

No problems for me either. I know it's a silly question but is the address on their records correct? Do you have shared access with anyone else, ie shared door to flat, etc? Other than this I don't know what to think, sorry. Hope you do eventually get something from them. :)
