Well done - I've posted one or two offers on there just now.:T

Took me ages to find a Maximiles thread. I have only really looked on Boost Your Income board - can't believe how much info there is available on MSE - so helpful.:)

How did you get on with that? Anyone credited for the Trip Advisor searches?

I have just been credited a further 35 and 38 points respectively for my hotel searches in Manchester. I go to gigs and shows and sometimes stay overnight - which was the reason I used it, never used Trip Advisor before.:)
Nope, not creditted. I didn't click through to any results cos the site was incapable of finding results where I wanted (well technically it was incapable of finding the location to start with. Awful site)

May I ask what locations you loooked at? I never had issues with Trip Advisor and always use it for my trips!

I was looking at Bolton/Farnworth area, or just west of manchester, but all it would give me was central Manchester. Or Blackpool. Nothing in between. Also wouldn't recognise post codes. May well have been user error but I just ended up too frustrated to care.

    Try this, JD.

Thanks, closer than I got, and was able to use the map to get closer from that page as a start point. Never known a hotel site (or any service site) not let you search by post code, strange/frustrating omission
  • Trip Advisor still crediting.

It says beneath the TA icon "Collect points simply by browsing for your ideal getaway on TripAdvisor".

It doesn't say anything about booking.;)
