Still no emails or surveys for me for ages, I'm thinking about changing my email address I use for maximiles to see if that makes a difference.:cool:

Have you tried ticking "unsubscribe" to Newsletters and Maximail? - then just go in and re-subscribe. That worked for me when I noticed I was no longer receiving emails from them. If that doesn't work, you could also contact Maximiles and tell them you're not receiving any emails or surveys.

You should certainly try something - I've had 10 maximail emails so far this month so they are sending them out.

You should definitely try unsubscribing, log out, log in, then resubscribe. I did this and some days I am getting 2 e-mails a day worth 5 points each

I was also able to watch the Asda video again and I'm sure I've watched and rated that one before - you know the one with the annoying children!!

I used this site ages ago and then forgot about it. I've managed to find my log in and will be starting again!
