Um, I always say redeem ASAP, I would never risk leaving that number of points to build up. Remember, they're not yours till they're cashed.

I do save a little I save for the leisure vouchers but I would be happier if I could cash them at £10 instead of £30 lol. Get cashed in hon x

I've recently cashed in for x2 tickets Virgin hot air balloon ride (20,000 points). Should receive it within 14 days they said - looking forward to it! As someone else has mentioned I too have had no feedback from MM regarding a query I've raised re missing points. I raised the query as normal, then was emailed back and told to send the queries to an email address which I did; and have heard nothing back. They were like this a year or so back and then it improved, now it's gone down the drain again...
