Is it a black square?
Sometimes going through the motions can work - clicking on the black square and then waiting until you can rate the video (that hasn't played as far as you can tell) IYSWIM

Or is it that you aren't actually logged in (see further up thread) - try logging in again

Has anyone done the 40 points email offer for Secret Escapes ?
Did it credit ?

I usually just use Maximiles to collect 5 points for email click throughs and for survey invites

Currently on 2,020 points and saving for the £10 asda vouchers (worth more to me than amazon etc)
