Have you tried waiting 30(ish) seconds? The rate section is not dependant on playing the video, it's timed to become active after around 30 secs
I've been able to watch and rate the videos in the past, but the last week or so the actual video is not showing on the page. So I can't click "play" on the video. It's difficult to explain... I have a list of all videos on the "videos" page then when I click on the individual one to watch, it takes me to another page which should be just that video and the box next to it to rate it. However all I have is the rating box and not the video box. Does that make sense?!0 -

I know exactly what you mean, I had the same problem. But I tried it at work on IE 7, and it worked and when I came home I was able to carry on watching them. Try using IE to watch them, if it still doesn't work, then you need to raise a claim with support.0 -

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, have you tried seeing if the rating box eventualy let you rate the video even though you haven't seen it?
You have probably all already tried but for those of you with problems have you tried clearing your cache, logging out and logging in. You probably already have but if not make sure you let their support team know you are having problems.0 -
Oh and all this talk of maximiles made me check and there's another video called Control your data on there for 5 points. (I think there was another one called that yesterday too but it's crediting me so it must count as a new vid)0

Yeah, I'm having problems too. When I go into the individual videos there's no option to play them and I can't rate them until I click the "play" button which doesn't exist!
If using IE9, ensure Tools, Compatibilty View is ticked.
If a dialogue box appears at bottom of screen, tick to 'show all content'.0 -
The best way to explain it, is there is no video box to view. And you get the box saying watch the video and then rate it, but no actual video box. And even if you wait, hoping it is fooled into thinking you have watched it, the vote box does not work. I regularly clear cache ad Mse clogs up a lot, and have to log in, etc, nothing made a difference . Just logging in at work and using the ancient computer with no flash player installed.0

How strange. I have Adblock installed, and Adblock seems to treat the Maximiles videos as adverts, as I've never seen one since the day I installed it! But after the set period of time I always get the vote stars appearing and today has been no different. It's funny how these sites always go completely wrong for some people but stay working perfectly for others - recently I couldn't get the polls on Toluna to work but everyone else on here said they were fine.0

I have Adblock installed, too, and have no problems with the Maximiles videos. I generally watch them using Chrome.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930

Has anyone else have lots of vids to vote for?
I completely cleared cache, passwords, temp internet files, etc. and now there seem to be quite a few to view.0 -
