Your post reminded me that I hadn't been receiving emails or newsletters from Maximiles for some time - I used to receive them ok. In fact, I don't think I've been receiving them since the site changed its name from Ipoints.

If you look along the top of the site, just under videos, there is a tab marked "Queries", might be worth chasing them up

No I just click forward and then back (next / previous), vote again until it says you have already voted on this video. Some will not say they are for points but you might find you get 20 points (or just the 5) for them so that's another 60 points into the pot.
As you click on a new video then any other new ones appear on the right. Just keep going back and forward on each one until it says you have voted and then click the next one on the right, vote three times etc. until all the videos have disappeared from this list.

Regarding the emails I got 1 yesterday (and 1 the day before)... I don't know if they send all of them out to everyone but might be worth checking that you are subscribed to them and that they aren't being caught by you spam filter and adding them to your safe senders list.

I had a similar problem a while back, I had to unsubscribe from them and subscribe again and seemed to work

Thanks for this. I've just done that, so hopefully I should receive emails soon. I hadn't really given much thought to it, because I was still accruing points, but not from emails.

I did send a query and they said emails had bounced back from my email address - you'll never guess who - hotmail again. I blame them:rotfl:

So hopefully, it's sorted now.
