Maximiles (Ipoints) help needed(merged)

I haven't had to chase any up but I have noticed they are taking longer to credit the points for the surveys than in the past.

i always email the maxipanels email add to query my missing points, but on this last occassion, have had no response whatsoever. I tried emailing their general query add as in the past this has been a back door to getting points added where maxipanels have been useless, but i got a reply from the general email saying they dont have access to the surveys database so I just have to wait for maxipanels to get back to me. yeah right - they really cant access a database that is part of the same company! <rolls eyes>

Hmm, confusing. I done WSOP, its showing as casino.wsop on the points transactions, however the poker and casino use the same download client. How they distinguish is beyond me.

Ok I am confused now.

I am showing two 16000 points, one from casino.WSOP, and another from world series of poker.

I swear one of them was caesars. Has anyone who did Caesars got points labeled that? I now they are linked, I am just curious if WSOP casino is infact ca sears re branded.

Ok so when I do my deposit and wager later should I take screen dumps and keep any emails incase I dont recieve the points?

I would. Then at least you will have some proof if you need to claim for missing points.

yes Caesars changed to Casino.WSOP.com on my points statement too

Has anyone received points from either Eurogrand, Prestige, or Mecasino? I am starting to think these may not have tracked for me as all the other casinos I did around the same time payed out weeks ago
