Maximiles (Ipoints) help needed(merged)

Told me my card is blocked for security reasons. I think that's because it's the same company as another casino I tried recently (Roxy?) when I accessed the Casino from France but used a UK card. They smelt a rat, and so blocked my card.

Well I've given them an extra day over the 48 hours, still no response and account is still "Temporarily disabled", so have just sent ANOTHER email :mad:

Does anyone send of emails about casino points? I know most have 90 days, but I rather not wait that long :P I think i remember someone saying they said one of after few weeks/month and sometimes get lucky. Who do you email? the casino or ipoints?

Partygames has 12500 for £25 deposit and wager. I am assuming this is a new offer, or at least improved as its above 10k and I haven't done it.

There is no Partygames. There is Party Casino which is 12500 points for a £35 deposit, not an especially great deal

Still rate the offer, you have to be very unlucky to loose all your deposit.

If you put one in before the 90 days, you get an email saying you have to wait 90 days!
I did a casino one, still waiting for the points and the 90 days are nearly up!

I'm new to the casino/bingo websites and I see that there are a number of good offers for points on at the moment. I just want to check I have it right in my head before I sign up with them...

I click through the link, deposit the amount required, wager said deposit and then in 90 days I get my extra points.. is this right?

I have read about contacting customer services to get them to cancel the welcome bonus what is this? and why do you need to do it?
