Hello people,

This isn't related to the current Christmas Hunt promotion but it's regarding Ipoints nonetheless....Has anyone actually monitored if you are getting rewarded all the points due for the surveys you've done?


I started monitoring mine a few months ago and emailed them at the beginning of last month for missing ipoints which they rewarded a few days after my email. I then planned on emailing them at the beginning of every month for any outstanding ipoints due. My last email to them was nearly 2 weeks ago and they're taking their time to reply or add any of the points! 450 ipoints is a lot to give a miss.....

I had to email regarding missing points.

They awarded 800, marked as Goodwill points.

I don't think their tracking system is working very successfully at present.

I've never actually monitored it closely but stopped doing them a while back as I was getting the points, started them again as they seem to be getting added now but pretty certain I don't get them all added. Should make a note really

Keep the survey invitation in a separate folder, any that aren't rewarded, send them a copy.

I have to say thanks to the people in this thread for giving me a contact email address (think it was idlesaver for one, but I know others have provided!!)

I took out Home Insurance with Prudential at the end of July... Said it could take 62 days so waited the 62 days... And another month then put in a query, they asked me to send a copy of the email confirmation but I couldn't find anywhere to do that!

This thread pointed me in the right direction, send the email confirmation last week and within 2 days the points had been added to my account!!

Not a regular user of ipoints, and only really used it for the 5000 points for the Insurance.

Also, thanks for the clues for the Christmas comp.... Not been able to do it every day but the answers have been appreciated nonetheless!!

Exactly what I do! I check the folder every 2-3 months, and there are always some points owing....
