So far I've only looked at 2yr fixed rate mortgages but are having hat with mortgage advisor at one of the EAs I realise 5yr fixed would be better given low rates . Only thing is you pay bit more interest so wondered if any good ones to reccommend? Originally I had planned going with halifax but I think repayment bit too much then I came across coop bank who seem to be 3.69% on 5yr fixed on 85% ltv but before I go with them wanted to know if others worth considering?

Wouldn't it be better to ask a broker about this, rather than strangers on the internet?0

YBS have one at 3.99% fee £854
Not sure if COOP are lending at the moment ?
May well be a good idea to speak to a "whole of market mortgage broker"0 -
Just my personal opinion but i would fix for 5 years. I just think that a 2 year fix is risking leaving you with a problem if rates go up soon.
go here and take a look for the best rates....
