I did take a cut but it is also possible to take a sideways move without dropping pay that much, if you are an organisation where that is possible
So in my situation how would u play it? Still trying to figure out sideways step.
Looking at maybe retraining as accountant so try a ACCA which takes 4yrs but good money though same time not sure as mind all over shop. I think more senior pa too but really bit tired of being this too. Just money is good in both (accounting more obviously). Also how to fund, wondering if moving internally perhaps that cold be funded or figure a way on ow I could get sponsorship. Is it worth talking to manager now who knows I want to move on about this potential thing?0
