I use a home made solution - 1/3 Stardrops, 1/3 white vinegar and 1/3 water, just spray on and rub off with a microfibre cloth.0

Hi Mum of Lewis
When we had a glass shower screen, we also tried everything. My husband eventually tried t cut (for cars) and it worked like a dream.

I use generic bathroom cleaner. Use something with vinegar in to cut through the soap. Have you tried window cleaner?
Plus, after every shower I use one of those plastic wiper blade things to remove the water droplets and prevent watermarks (the name of it has completely slipped my mind right now!). Only takes 5 seconds and is v effective."Does it spark joy?" - Marie Kondo

t-cut is an abrasive and liable to scratch glass.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -

I do this as well, I shower down the glass first to clear away any shower gel, I also use Viakal once a week to clear any limescale (any limescale remover will do )Treat other's how you like to be treated.

My OH uses car window screen wash. He buys his in Lidl as you get a huge bottle (he stocks up as it is only available once in a while there). He just decants it into a spray bottle and uses it every day on the doors after his shower. It works like a dream.0

I use a microfibre cloth then a squeegee (Lakeland) I do this after every shower, takes only a minute.0

Hi,
I found that best cure is prevention. We have squeegee on the actual screen and swipe water off after every time we use it (we need to use it anyway, as there is a window and you have to wipe the water of the window ledge). http://www.amazon.co.uk/OXO-Grips-Household-Squeegee-Seafoam/dp/B0000AN4BP/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1369992693&sr=8-9&keywords=screen+wiper. So used to it now that if I am at friend's house I automaticaly reach for it even though it is not there and feel uneasy that I left mess behind!! How sad is that.
But my friend (who doesn't do this) swears by the Cilit Bang bathroom foam spray cleaner for this. Not very old style, but that gets anything off!!
I admit I also use it once in a while for the bath and sink...

Daily use of shower spray to keep streaks down, then weekly clean with bathroom spray and microfibre cloths does the trick for me.0
