Whereabouts are the surveys? I've seen a couple of people mention them but can't spot a link on the adpoints site?

Nectar Adpoints seem to be having technical difficulties/not loading - all day.
Just logged out, deleted all my cookies, logged in again and still won't load.

Does anyone have multiple nectar cards in their family? We have 4 and I collect adpoints on all of them.
