am glad it's not just me
not had any problem with disappearing points though, thankfully.
Been doing it for about a year, I think, and was great at first, but now I seem to get about 73 a week. I think they are limiting it.0 -

just been in contact with adpoints they said i have to wait 35 days for the points to come in to my account one big con.
How is it? It clearly states on the website it can take up to 35 days.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

If anyone wants to write to Adpoints about the annoying business of points they've earned not being recorded on their 'Adpoints Summary', this is the address:
Sue Nelson
Chief Operating Officer
Adpoints, The Laxmi Building, The Tanneries, 57 Bermondsey Street, London, SE1 3XJ
Just thought I'd mention it as the information isn't particularly easy to find on the Adpoints website.
There's not much point in complaining via email as they respond by sending a pro forma message which only addresses issues that they think you might be having problems with!
(Personally the 100+ Adpoints that I earned between 27th January and 2 February haven't been recorded).
Reply from Adpoints:
Adpoints apologises for the delay to the transfer of points collected in the week of 27th Jan to 2nd Feb.
This is due to some technical issues which we are working hard to resolve. You may also have seen that the points from last week have not yet appeared in your Points Summary within your Account page on the Adpoints site – this is part of the same issue.
Please be assured that all your points that you collected in that week will be transferred to your Nectar account as soon as we fix the problem, and there are no other problems with the site, so you can continue to collect Nectar points without fear of losing any points.0 -
I think people are getting overly worried here.. Firstly, it is the equivalent of 50 pence, secondly, this happens at least once a month (on average) and it always gets sorted within a week or two, sometimes less, sometimes more.
They know there is an error, they've acknowledged it and I don't think bombarding them with letters, e-mails or whatever is going to solve the issue that they are clearly trying to deal with. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. In addition, I thought the T&Cs said it takes 30-45 days for them to get added on to your account.
I've been doing adpoints for at least six months ago and all the stuff here is pretty standard. There's even a note about it when you go to log-in, so they know.Since Jan 2014 -- Clixsense -- £300 (join us! ♥) | Valued opinions £120 | Nectar Fanatic (SavvyShoppers/Canvass)

Plus 4 points for questions afterwards (including "is this length of advert suitable for Adpoints")
Yes it is suitable, only if the points on offer were better, 5 minutes so at least 8 points per watch.
29 points for me this week.0 -
29 points for me also, better than nothing, I did mine while completing surveysThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
