I left it open/running in another tab and then it started playing about 5 mins later whilst I was here on MSE

Got the same problem with 2 ads tonight - Brancott Estate Wine and Delivery Man.

Edit: Managed to watch these two, both had waiting times of 5-6 mins.

Did anyone get an e-mail asking to trade in 1,000 nectar points to get double points for a month? I wonder if this will affect ads, nectar canvass, searches, etc.

Off to do my adpoints for this week, I missed a triple last week because I didn't check my e-mail.

I emailed Adpoints to tell them that a couple of the ads weren't loading, and they replied with this :

Dear Nectar Adpoints member,
Thank you for getting in touch, we're very sorry you're having trouble with these ads.
Due to the size of these ads, they take longer to load. Please be assured they will load it just takes some extra time to do so.
Simply click play and just wait, it will load! We cannot say how long it will take to load due to everyone's internet connection being different.
We are looking into minimising the chances of this happening, but have no ETA on a fix.
We hope this helps and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused!

I'm up to 83 points so far this week. I have given up on getting Delivery Man to play!

Up-to 95 points now

No issues with Grown Ups 2 or Delivery Man playback this evening, one title disappeared during my watching session.

Delivery Man played for me today and I just got the double points email. Up to 99 now and that is likely to be me for the week!

Wow 99! I am only at 74 this week. I wonder why it is so different. I'll have a look to make sure I haven't missed any again.
