Amazon price guarantees?

Can someone tell me if Amazon are still offering to refund the difference if you buy from them and the price of the item drops within 30 days? I made a couple of claims a year or two ago and they refunded me as promised but I have forgotten what it was called now. I need to know as I will have to email them to claim and need to know which guarantee I should be pointing out to. I think it was called something like 30 day price guarantee.

I just emailed them and called it the price promise, gave the details of the order old and new price, they were really quick refunding the difference.

Should still be working its only a couple of weeks since I had a refund.

It's still working. I do this regularly, most recently a couple of weeks ago. I email them via the website, select 'returns and refunds', then the item from the order in question. I tell them it's gone down since it was despatched and I'm claiming a refund under their price drop guarantee. Usually takes about 48 hours, maybe a bit more over the bank holiday weekend.

Just giving an update.
I ordered two items 2 or 3 weeks ago and both had gone down in price. I emailed amazon like I said in my 2nd post and one of them has now had £3 refunded. The other one is out of stock so amazon are not liable to refund for that reason but there is a few days left before I hit the 30 days mark so I will be watching like a Hawk and if it comes back in stock I will be shooting off another claim to them.
