Anything better than Egg Flexible?

I'll admit now that during the last seven years that I've had their flexible mortgage, I've just assumed that pootling along at 0.75% over base is OK. Maybe not stunning, but OK.
I do have a LOT of unsecured personal loans though, and as a result have a tight budget. Although I can adapt to the 'slower' upward change in rates that I've experienced with my mortgage in recent times, I worry about sudden nasty surprises if I were to change to a fixed or discount product. I have no loose money for big fees either.
The budget issue ceases to be a problem mid 2010, as all of my BIG:eek: personal loans will have ended, so I will be truly free to take more risks on rates! I don't want to consolidate any of these loans onto my mortgage - Egg probably wouldn't want to anyway. I have 9 years left with Egg, and would be seeking the same term in a new deal.
Has anyone got good advice on products that can maybe just lower that 0.75% with minimum cost (fees, legal, valuation etc)?
