Can I make a Full & Final settlement offer on a CCJ?

Hi,
I have a CCJ / debt which it appears was registered in 2008 from a Captial One credit card taken out in 2006. The credit limit was only £100 and I did spend this. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about this card when I separated from my ex-partner and moved back home to my parents.
I am in the process of clearing all my debt and recently received a letter from DrydensFairfax on behalf of Robinson Way asking for the outstanding balance of £397.
I have emailed them through their website with my reference number asking if they can provide me with a statement of all the charges / interest etc added to this account as I was shocked that it was almost 4 times the original amount, although I accept that charges will have been incurred.
I haven't heard anything back and am reluctant to call them directly and would prefer to deal with them in writing.
Incidentally, I have checked all 3 of my credit files a few months ago and although the debt appears on all 3, it is only showing as a CCJ with Noddle? I would have expected all 3 to have this information as I believed it was public info?
Any advice appreciated - do I just try to pay or is it worth trying to acertain whether the charges were fair and perhaps make a lower offer of full and final settlement.
Thanks in advance.
