How long before being paid JSA

I claimed online last Monday and had my work focus interview today. I was told they would need to send everything off and I should hear from them within 14 days. Does anyone know when I will actually be paid or do I need to sign on first? If this is the case then I'm not due to sign until the 26 June.

When is your claim starting from? We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I was just told I'd be seeing an advisor on that date and I'll be signing on at the same time then it'll be every 2 weeks. When filling in the online form it asks if I wish to claim from that day or earlier so I chose that day (Monday).0

so at a guess you will be paid as soon as they process the form which is in arrears so you will get what they owe you up to that day but if its near or on the 12th it will be as if you have signed on that date and then you wont get paid again till 3 days after you sign on.
Having said that I would suggest you call the JC to find out in say 7 days to see if the form has been processedWe’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

As said above you will be due to sign on the 12th June as well, you need to query this with them as if you just don't turn up your claim will be closed without payment and you'll need to start all over again.
Once your claim is processed then payment from the 20th when you made your claim to the 29th which would have been your signing day. The next payment would be processed on the 12th when you attend the JC.
All this assumes your claim was for JSA not Universal Credit."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
you normally get JSA 2-3 days after you sign on each fortnight.
26th june seems a long way away., 12th would be a reasonable expectation0
