I am guessing they are solely telephone based? is that what you want?

Looks like they have a £199 fee.

You wont get the full service a face to face broker will give you. However, that is reflected in the price. For what it does and its limitations, then it is likely to be fine if that is the service you are looking for.

Spoke to them and they told me to stick with my existing lender!
    Now that was good advice

It does depend on what you want from a mortgage broker, but so far they've been perfect for me. Everything is completed over the phone or via email, and documents sent through the post.

My mortgage isn't that strait forward so they've held back on the fee if and when a mortgage offer is completed as well, so I really can't complain, they also gave me a full breakdown of all of the mortages available to me beforehand, direct to lenders or not.
    :)smile :)
  • not used them to apply for a mortgage yet but found them very helpful in advising me & very good at replying to emails.I'd be tempted to use them.
