Still having an awful time with this deal. It's now been 14 days since the purchase, and I've had nothing.

Emailed their customer services and was simply told to check my spam folder (well, duh! Why didn't I think of that!? Oh wait, I did. I'm not stupid).

Responded 5 days ago to their useless email to say I'd checked my email inbox, spam folder and Groupon account numerous times, but have had no further response from them. They did however have the cheek to send me a customer services feedback survey today which I gladly filled in and commented on their terrible service towards me.

Have just tried emailing Groupon yet again asking for either my giftcard or a refund before I open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Hoping this will get them moving into doing something about it...

In the end I had to open a PayPal dispute to get mine due to nonsensical responses from Groupon and in the end no further responses.

Funnily enough as soon as I took them to a PayPal dispute they couldn't be more helpful and my voucher was sent out immediately...
