Legal arguments are resolved in courts not on internet forums - we only have inflated opinions.Graham_Devon wrote: »Unless you go down the path of "we are all equal...just some are less equal than others".
I'm pretty sure that won't be the UK's legal argument.Graham_Devon wrote: »Surprised to see you suggesting we are in the right here though. You are in favour of high immigration. You are in favour of competing for immigrants. You often shout racist at people who don't agree with your immigration views....but now it appears you are not in favour of those immigrants having the same access to the same systems in this country as you.
No I'm not and yes I am.
I don't think I've shouted racist at anyone unless you include those UKIP chaps that had a problem with Facebook hacking.Graham_Devon wrote: »I'll certainly have a chuckle next time you claim I'm a racist for not wanting open door immigration policies, yet here you are, the other day saying we need immigrants to provide for our pensions, and here you are now claiming they shouldn't have the same protection as you enjoy.
You've, unsurprisingly, missed the subtleties of the case. It's not about whether immigrants should get the same level of protection but about whether the test used to determine their eligibility is discriminatory in itself.

A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0
