You've, unsurprisingly, missed the subtleties of the case. It's not about whether immigrants should get the same level of protection but about whether the test used to determine their eligibility is discriminatory in itself.

I would like this decided by the courts not the DailyMail/Telegraph, although it is not really about this case is it? It is about the antis and their mouthpieces chipping away at the British electorate.
