Hi,
Hope someone can advise me on this.
I cuurently have a second mortgage on my current home but am looking to move house as soon as possible. Is it possible to move a 2nd mortgage/secured loan to your next house to avoid settling at the point of my current house sale?

yes, with the lender's agreement. the other option is to combine your new mortgage and the secured loan together.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
