hello
I need advise for career choice
my goal is to work at two jobs, seperate shifts or one shift in the one job and half shift (part-time) in the other job
which professions I could combine?
I think engineering and logistics offer fulltime or parttime shift work
same for hospital jobs
any other recommendation?
also, in UK, how do shifts are scheduled in general?
6am-2pm-10pm?

I think it's unwise to consider such an arrangement for any length of time. You'd very soon become exhausted and stressed and neither employer would want to make any allowances because you had two jobs.

I'd also be doubtful of being able to easily procure such employment, employers generally want a degree of flexibility that isn't possible when you have have to leave work exactly on time each day. You would have to preclude yourself from ever working any overtime, for example..

Remember, you'd also have to factor in journey time between your two jobs.
If you prefer to work long hours (and be paid for them all, of course) look at jobs like taxi driving or becoming self employed in some capacity.

As for shifts, they really do vary from employer to employer.
