Actually, your very right Torry. Sorry about that. This is actually great news to me as I thought I was just gonna be automatically transferred over to ESA without giving my case as my psychologist believes with me that i'm not fit to work. I was worried I was gonna be put on the World Related Activity Group.
I got the information off here of the DWP Website. I would of sent you a link, but the forum is not allowing me since i'm a new user.
It may require more work, but oh well. I have my psychologist to support me. I am shooting to be put on the support group as my anxiety conditions are very severe and I get very sick when I get worried and am unable to eat... it's not a pleasant experience lol
I hope that if it's right for you then you get into the support group but it's very difficult to get into.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Your right and I know that, but everyone tells me there's gonna be no problems, but I do always worry about it as I don't want to go back to work, but we will have to wait and see.0

Just one more question Torry, do I have to claim for ESA or do they notify me and send out the ESA 50 to me automatically?0

They will first phone you to check that they have the correct details for you. Within the next fortnight you will be sent the ESA 50 which you will have a month to complete and return.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

Ok so your saying I don't need to anything then & I take it this applies to Northern Ireland residents too? The Social Security takes care of us.
I was just worried incase I needed to make a claim for ESA, cause on the NI Direct website it doesn't say anything about being contacted and being sent out the form and stuff, just that my claim will be reviewed so it kinda confuses me lol0 -
I don't really think it's a matter of ' I don't want to go back to work, ' Lot's of people don't want to work, but if you are able to work in some way or another I think it may do you good to try. If you are truly 'unable' to work that's a different matter, but sometimes anxiety is self perpetuating.0

Well said.
And take this to the Benefits forum where it belongs0 -
I apologize for going off the subject atush, but this thread was about Pension questions & stuff, it just escalated about ESA questions.
I don't deny what you have said to me archergirl, but in my mind, I am unable to work due to my unfortunate mental problems and believe me, it's something that I don't like. I didn't ask for it, it was just the way I was born and life is certainly not easy, but then again it's not easy for alot of people who have more problems than I do for sure.
I can only do my thing with the help of my doctor's and see what happens wither I am to go back to work or not, it is what it is.
I shall close this subject now, unless anyone else has anything to say. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.0
