Default on DMP with payplan

Options
I have been running a DMP through Payplan for around 4 years but over the past 5 months I havn't been able to pay a penny, buried my head (ignoring letters, phone calls and emails) and the long and short of it is that my plan has been cancelled.
I now REALLY dont know what to do! I have sent them an email asking if I can start up again but have had no reply as yet.

Also I really need a record of what I have paid the creditors and also the start amounts of the debt as it was so long ago now i have no record myself! Are they obliged to give me those details?

Thanks for any help!

I have called payplan and restarted my DMP. I recently received a CCJ from one of my creditors.

the problem I'm having is that the creditors are still continuing to charge me interest etc. For example the original amount i owed barclaycard was £2400, this is now £4200 despite me paying my DMP for 5 years!!! This surely isnt fair?
I really dont know what to do.

Does anyone have any experience with a DRO?

    thanks:money:
