Grab A Grand!

Just thought I'd warn you all about a recent free competition that I entered called "GRAB A GRAND" which was a short survey and all you needed to do was to give your mobile number so that they could contact you if you were a winner.I did all that and after a few days started getting text messages from them which I didn't realise untill I had received 5 messages that this was costing me £1.50 a time.I quickly text STOP and was unsubscribed from the service but decided that I would try to get my money refunded.
My service provider Virgin got me the name of the company 2ERGO LTD who I contacted only to be told that they were only the provider of the number and that BCH DIGITAL were responsible so I contacted them only to be told that the company really responsible are MONSTERMOB.I have since received a call telling me that they will not be refunding my money as it's all set out in the terms and conditions.
I have contacted my service provider to see if they can help but just thought that I would warn everyone to read the small print and be careful when entering these competitions.
Ever feel that you've been ripped off?

Shame I didnt see this post before getting involved with these scammers.
Reading T&C's it doesnt make it clear, it gives the impression that the first entry is free thereafter its £1.50,
My understanding was that first entry free and if I came back for more it would be charged at £1.500
