I have set up a DMP with christians against poverty but they are so slow to sort anything out im not getting much confidence in them TBH!:(:(
I have made 2 payments to them over 2.5 months and have another due in 2 weeks and still they have not got actual balances from the creditors or done a credit search for any other debts lurking that i may have forgotten, payplan said they would do this first!!
Im just so very disheartened as while they are dawdling i am still having charges applied etc.:eek:
any advice on how to give them a nudge!??
anyone else find them to be quite slow to get stuff all set up???

i found them to be alittle slow but now its set up its all working fine! hthyes i have 6 kids by two different fathers, but Im the parent that is there for them ALWAYS!! :A0
