 Help and advice needed my OH works for a so called Blue Chip Logistic's Company in the UK and for the last few months NOTHING has been right with his wages...
They are taking deductions for CSA every month but been informed by the CSA that they are NOT passing the money on!!!!!
They continually fail to use my correct PAYE code, even though the Tax Office and He have provided them with copies of the code change notifictions!!!!!
They continually work his wages out incorrectly and we regulary get his payslip showing that he is £200-300 down on what he has earned!!!!
I know he isn't the only employee working from the company across different contract, but the Union doesn't seem to be doing anything to resolve....
Oh and he still hasn't recieved his P60 for 2012-13 so we can't reclaim his over payment off tax, because yes his tax code was wrong last year!!!
Banging head against a brick wall as his employer is hiding behind the fact that they 'outsource payroll'
HELP, but also interested to hear from others in same position
Thanks in advance... Debs

Thanks for that but based on everything else they have done, what do I do when I don't get the P60 this Friday?

You don't do anything, it's not your job. Your OH should raise it with the relevant person in the organisation - could be his direct boss, payroll (may not be easy as it's outsourced), HR, etc.0 -

Agreed. Though I think the OP is the pair's financial wing. Then again I'm not sure why the company should be using the OP's "correct PAYE code" rather than their OH's.
Regarding the CSA not receiving the funds deducted from the pay, I would suggest getting a statement from the CSA confirming when the last (if any) payment was received and use this in following up with the employer.0
