Has anyone had any recently or received a refund. I have requested a refund 3 times and each time been told it would be here by such and such a date but never yet received.

Whats everyone else doing about their subscriptions?

I cancelled mine and received a refund with no problems and quickly. This was about 6mths ago.

I had a long wait after originally phoning to cancel. I'd pretty much given up until I received an email saying they weren't going to publish Zing in the near future and, eventually, a cheque for £5 odd through the post about 2 months ago.

I'd chase it up, if I were you, as most people do seem to have had their subscription refunded by now.

Thanks, have sent another e-mail so we will see. Its a shame as the coupons were handy from the couple of issues we did get.
