Snooker accessories - where best to buy from?

Options
Hi there

Sorry if in the wrong place - haven't a clue where to put this question!

My dad has asked me to look at prices of boxes of blue snooker chalk (about 12 in a box maybe) and also wants me to try to get one of the things that the referee uses to mark the position of the white ball when he/she takes it off the table for cleaning - looks like a sort of 'mouth guard' shape, but I don't know what it's called! :o

Anyone got any ideas of websites to find this sort of stuff? I have googled some stuff but there are pages and pages of sites and I don't know where to start!

I am going to have a nosey at some sports shops in town when I get chance, but that won't be for a while so if I can sort anything out online that would be better for me.

Thanks for any help :)

youd have to go to a specialist but from the top of my head SPORTS WORLD had a small section with chalk etc. But it seems you want professional equipment so best check ebay.
Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"

    "Ball position marker" I think!

They've got everything here, but I don't know how their prices compare with others

Good to see that you have found a lot of information by looking on the internet, as an simpler alternative why not try the good old Yellow Pages. Have a look under Snooker Supplies and give one of them a ring, they may deliver thus solving your problem. Any other problems post up and someone will always help.

Or he could not waste the money and time speculatively ringing up someone out of the yellow pages, and check on the net.
