Sainsburys fiasco

Have Blair Scott ceased to be Sainsburys debt collectors. They apparently do not want my May payment but no one has informed me or sc of new payment details. I want to pay !! Blair Scott have only had the account for 1 month talk about c**k up

Blair Oliver & Scott are just Bank of Scotland operating under a pseudonym, who it sounds admin the account.
So if they are no longer dealing with it, I would imagine that it is in the process of being passed to another department or possibly sold on?
