Just follow the 'exchange your vouchers' link on the Window Vac page....

    http://www.tesco.com/direct/karcher-window-vac-wv60/217-7243.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=217-7243

Edit: I bought mine online and got it delivered to the store for pick up.

You have to get the voucher numbers first.

Log into Tesco, go to 'your clubcard account', then 'my vouchers', then copy the voucher number and paste it into the exchange box. It's easier to have two pages open at once for this...your account page and also the exchange page.

Once you've exchanged them, tesco will email you the double up vouchers. Copy and paste these into the checkout page for the vac.

If that's what you've done and it hasn't worked then sorry, I don't know what's wrong. That's what I did.

When I go to my vouchers just mentions previous how many vouchers I have used.
However I have £17 total vouchers saved. Don't see the voucher number anywhere

Go to 'my latest statement'. If you do have available vouchers they should show up there, if nothing shows up then you might be better phoning them.

Ah, there you are then. Looks like they get saved up for you for use at Xmas?
