Best Fixed Rate Deals Around ?

We have been meaning to look into our mortgage for months as we are currently on a normal repayment mortgage and the rate has just gone up to 6.99% with Nationwide.
I am sure we can get a much better deal and we would like to fix it as well for possibly as much as 5 years.
We have got Nationwide calling us tomorrow and wanted to do some research on what other products there is and if anyone is doing some great deals at the moment. Does anyone not charge the arrangement fees ?
Our mortgage is £60,500 over 19 years and our house is worth about 125k

There are literally thousands of fixed rate products on the market and not all will fit your requirements.
The best way to find the cheapest product that suits your needs is to ask a whole of market mortgage broker to research the market for you
