I purchased a Deal Cloud voucher towards the end of last year for a hotel stay in the UK this summer. We have just discovered that Deal Cloud no longer exist and that the hotel has closed. Not being able to get a reply from anyone on the phone we contacted the local tourist information who confirmed that the hotel had closed and that people with bookings had been turning up to find the place all closed down.

Does anyone know if/how I can get my money back, I paid with my bank debit card.
