Mortgage Express - Incentives to leave

Hi,
Has anyone heard off mortgage express offering incentives to leave? I got some advice from an independent advisor the other week, who hinted that as Mortgage Express no longer offered new accounts and only managed their existing clients, they was also keen to close accounts and had heard that they had offered incentives to customers to move their mortgages.
Has anyone had any first hand experience of this, and if so how did you get it from them?

None, other than waived penalties, as far as I know. As this comes under NRAM/UKAR they won't be handing out too much taxpayers' money if you're thinking they may cut your redemption figure.I am a mortgage broker. They did in the past but when I called the other month the responce was no.Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0

Well they wont be getting rid of me If I can help it. After they stopped offering new products our rate dropped really low. so I amsticking.so far not had any offers from them.0
