What is the loan amount? Term?

the loan amount will be 52k , i am buying a house for 156k with a deposit of 104k, actual LTV of 34% but any deals i have seen dont go below 60%, is there any specialist mortage deals for such a high deposit. the two deals mentioned seemed to me the best deals around for a five year fix. the term i am looking at is 15 years0

Not worth paying arrangement fees on a loan like that.
There is a broker only deal at 2.99% no fees with £250 cashback.
Rate wise it is as low as you will get for no fees.
60% or 30% LTV the rate will be the same.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
