As the lotto is random, the only "system" you can use is
'if i buy more tickets i have more chances of winning'
If you enjoy gambling by all means yes, but if you want to play it just to make extra money, I would say LOLNODebt Starting: £1995 | Current Debt: £1105
Rainy Day ISA £0 - had to emergancy empty

Yeah bit of a no brainer.0

I would say no, it isn't a way to guarantee profit, this is despite the fact I have spent £250 roughly playing it and won about £1548 so far, that is just pure lucky though (5 numbers and a couple of tenners) but I've not had a win for about a year, so I would definitely say no, I believe the odds on a 1 line is about 1 in 99 of winning £10.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. It is just chance that your numbers come up, so no system can help you there.
However, you can use systems to increase your chances of winning. I was in a works syndicate for over two years, until I left the job. We did the thunderball. I can't remember the exact details now, but I think we did 28 lines. We picked 10 numbers and arranged those number over the 10 lines in such a way that if 3 of our 10 numbers were drawn there was a 95% chance of us having them together on at least 1 line.
If 4 of our numbers were drawn there was something like an 80% chance of having them on the same line, and a 55% for 5 numbers etc.
We never won anything big, but when I left we had won 56% of what we had staked and that was a very high winning percentage.
Of course, we still had the same (small) chance of our numbers coming as anyone else.
We once tried to work out a system to guarantee that if 4 of our 10 numbers came up we would be guaranteed to have them on one line, but we would have needed to do hundreds of lines to cover all possible combinations.
I don't suppose it would take too many extra lines to guarantee that if 3 of your 10 number come up you would have them on one line, but because of the number of people in the syndicate we only had £28 to work with.0 -

Leave this running for a while. Should answer just about every question you could have about making money by playing the lottery

I would say to spend the money elsewhere, with much better returns.0

Yea, it's 100% true. Odds are really against you. But to be honest i play lotto online a lot (at spamland.com/en) - just for pure fun. I dont expect to have anything from it, but i just like to gamble
You would have to be pretty stupid (or a pathetic spammer) to buy lottery tickets from a offshore company, when you can easily buy them officially.0 -
I can't believe anyone could think that doing the lottery was a way to make money.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
