How to use up tzatziki

Hi,
I bought a large tub of tzatziki at the weekend (the only size available) to have with halloumi and pitta bread - delicious!
I now have rather a lot left over and was wondering if anyone had any interesting ideas to use it up?
I've mixed some with cold pasta salad for my lunch. Any other ideas please?

I've mixed it with tinned tuna to make a salad or sandwich fillings. Tastier and much healthier than mayo

It's lovely with grilled lamb, or spooned over some courgettes sauteed with garlic. That's good cold too. I've also used it in pitta 'sandwiches' with feta and salad.0

We had some over the weekend with BBQ lamb (whole leg!), cucumber, halloumi and pitta bread - delicious

Although a leg of lamb isn't the most frugal of choices, it's currently in season so half price in most supermarkets!____________________________________________

I often have it with a curry instead of raita - very nice!At least the fish fingers are still frozen, that's what I keep telling myself (Truly Madly Deeply)0

Nice in wraps with Greek salad.
You can make it yourself btw. Plain yoghurt (Greek is nicest, you can use 0% fat), tiny bit of crushed garlic, little bit of mint sauce or finely chopped fresh mint, cucumber.
Dice the cucumber finely or grate it on the coarse side of the grater, sprinkle some salt over it and leave it in a sieve for half an hour to draw some of the liquid out. Rinse under the cold tap then squeeze in your hands it to get rid of as much water as possible. Add to yoghurt then add garlic and mint to taste, plus a little salt to taste if you like.Val.0
