Hi

Did anyone buy these yesterday via the phone?

I did, was told I should get the email attachment before 2pm, it didn't come, I phoned them, they rechecked all the details, confirmed it was booked but still no email

I understand ticketmaster was flat to the mat yest, but has anyone else got or not got their tickets via email, and if so what did ticketmaster tell you about when they might come

I have filled in the online form "as a question" but they won't answer for 24hours,

I done it all online, had an email within seconds. Try them today and stay on the call until you receive the email

I'd say your ok and it is booked, they are probably still recovering from the 1D madness

Got them, via email, with a message saying sorry for the delay, but the held off on sending tickets bought over the phone as the server was already so busy,
