I understand that! However I feel that WF are ripe for foul play, and the CCJ isn't justified especially with the number of charges added to the account, and the total amount of money I paid back.0 -
Have a look for yourself.

Does that not look like an awful lot of charges?0

It does.
Thats what happens though if you ignore them for a large period of time. They just keep adding and adding
If you'd had set up a payment plan, you'd have had far less charges and no ccj
You can ask them to review the charges... However, i'm pretty sure they'll just refer you to the t&cs which you signed when taking the loan0 -
I know, but hindsight is a wonderful thing!
Weren't the charges unlawful at the time?
Surely they can't register a CCJ for £1400 more than the amount they closed the account on?
Any ideas why when I SAR'd them I didn't receive any of the correspondence they sent myself through out the time the account was open - nor my original credit agreement with my signature on, or any court paperwork for the CCJ?0
