Should I cancel them now or later?

I have re-organised all my policies and got some far cheaper ones thanks to Martin's advice :money:
I have sorted out payment protection policy for both me and DH which covers accident, sickness and redundancy. The only thing is you cannot claim on the redundancy policy until it has been in force for 90 days. I had a stand alone policy for just redundancy which has been set up for 90 days, but it was cheaper to put it all together and cancel the stand alone. I know I should cancel that now but then I would lose any 90 day coverage "just in case" I lost my job.
I know I'm being paranoid but should I wait until current policy in force for 90 days "just in case" or just cancel it now????
Have spoken to Boss who said job is secure but I am a bit of a pessimist - what shall I do?

I would keep the policy on for the 90 days. Better to be safe than sorry, for the sake of saving a few quid.0

I'm with okra - think how gutted you'd be if you cancelled now and then did get made redundant.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620
