Has the carex silver against S finished?

    I assume s&g against T is still a goer?

    Thanks.

Are you intentionally in isolation or was it just cos that's where a bed was available?

Can you ask them to transfer you to hengrove?

They're treating me as infectious until tests come back!
Don't know about transfer though .
Its ridiculous as I went out for a fag this morning in between drips!

Oh scamps, excuse the pun but they are just trying to get to the bottom of what's wrong. I have had one of those and it is nothing to worry about. ;)

S started on 5:2 yesterday with a 500 cal day and actually found it quite easy.
    I had
    3 cups of tea
    1 1/2 litres of water
    Lunch
Carrot batons (1 fresh carrot -medium)
    Celery batons (1stick)

    Dinner
    Small jacket potato
Large mixed salad (1 tsp salad cream)
    75 Grams fresh grilled chicken

    Snacks
    10 red grapes
    3pieces of juicy fruit gum
2 squares of Cadbury caramel --- DH was sitting on the sofa with a large bar of cadburys watching tv eating this but I did very well only having 2 squares as previously I would have eaten 1/2 the bar.

    Total calories from myfitnesspal 489.

    So good start for me!
