Yes! I had it really bad about 18 months ago. Could hardly walk or stand. Was referred by my doc and tried exercises, acupuncture, shoe inserts. In the end(after a year of misery) had a cortisone injection in my foot - solved the problem within a day and still no pain up to now. It's horrible - made me feel about 96 hobbling about  Get him to see his doc Bubbs.

Good morning everybody, I hope you are well. I hope the day brings lots of sunshine and lovely bargains.

I ordered the freezer yesterday, and I got few glamour magazines to use the make up for presents and a few mascaras for myself.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

    Morning all.

Another instance of reducing pack sizes but not prices. Pantene used to come in a 500ml bottle, which then snuck down to 400ml. This week I noticed they had 400ml and 360ml bottles on the shelf for the same price, so it looks like the 400ml will quietly be phased out. This was in T.

Ok I also found today one of the OEP promotional boxes that someone mentioned yesterday. And bought to see what coupons are in it. Thanks OP :) So inside is a leaflet with a unique code to enter to win an iPad. The leaflet also has the following MOCs

50p off nature valley sweet and nutty
    50p off corona extra 710ml
    50p off schloer

    50p off OEP microwave rice
    50p off OEP squeeze range
75p off OEP one pan rice meals
30p off green giant sweet corn
50p off Haagen Dazs secret sensations
EDITED to add a voucher I missed. 75 free prints from bonus print ( worth £10.50 )

Enchilada meal kit cost £2. Use by dates on the coupons is the end of the year :D:j

Morning luvlies, still a little behind but will hopefully catch up soon :o.

Many thanks to OP about the OEP mocs and to FC for the list and photo.

For those who have a waities near them, I noticed that the Betty Crocker Devils food cake mix is on offer at £1.49 until 18th June so would cost just 49p after the moc.

I also saw in my T yesterday that the One Pan Rice Meal Kits are on offer for £2 (these were also flashed packs to say they contain the mocs). Can't find them on MYS or T site (even signed in) but I defo saw them in there. As FC states above, there's a moc for 75p off one of these on the leaflet so would be £1.25 - you could rinse and repeat ;)

BTW the Shloer 750mls are on offer for £1.25 in sada so would work out at 75p. HTH
