Strawberry worked, fudge brownie didn't as expected :)
APG for £4.19 (and a womble for 59p) so not bad I spose :)

Edit: I thought the ham and meatballs would compare but strangely they don't so you might need to tweak those on your A vs T list Savvy :)

Edit again :D : OK I may have bought the ham, I usually buy the wafer thin in Ts so assumed it'd compare but it hasn't

I have a look, in time, at the meatballs. No, the wafer thin isn't comparable, only the cooked. I've been through all of this before myself, when I bought the wrong one.

Just so everyone is aware:rotfl:(everyone that is!!:D), I'm not going to be continuously updating my lists during the week (not enough time in the 24h day I'm afraid), but they should be a good enough guide as I now include expiry dates in them (where I remember anyway:o). Just note that items can sometimes come off offer before the expiry dates - offers can sometimes be withdrawn.

The reason the vs T, vs S, vs A etc. lists don't get updated (apart from no time that is) is because the information is readily available on MSM.co.uk, which you should be - and most people clearly are - using. Whereas I concentrate (not too helpfully unfortunately for N Ireland readers) on the M lists, as their information isn't as easy to come by at present. M lists from last last (posts 17 and 20) are now out of date - will not get new details till Wednesday, and then something hopefully on here Thursday or Friday onwards, valid then till Sunday 2 June. You can, of course, PM me if something's changed on one of my non-M lists and that will probably see it amended quite more swiftly. (I'm not here in the daytime much, but will probably pick it up in the evening, except Wednesday.)

Just looking at whether I messed up on the S/P Meatballs. I must admit I've not had time to check every product (the low-value ones, or should that be high-value?, lower-priced) to see it's within the 10% weight for the competitor. But it's based on the best of my knowledge, so it should be in the right area.

I thought: are S/P Meatballs vs S? But, no, I've found them, sorry, on my Avs T list - you got the one in Gravy, should have been Tomato Sauce. Also got the Wafer Thin Ham rather than the plain Cooked Ham (I got that wrong one some time ago when I first tried it). Very well done though.

Apologies from me for forgetting to include the following on my Avs T list:
Tetley Tea Bags 240 - A £5.00 T £2.89. T's price though due to go on enough into June, so seems still time for it to be on your next vs T shop, another day. Sorry about that - not saved into my private list, perhaps because we are not in need of any tea at the moment - but should have added it on. Also, Tampax Pearl Regulars 40 are £3.00 each in A and T at the moment (till 3/6). Other version currently also vs S as well as T, but smaller number*. Also, for those in GB, Pearl Regular 40s vs W at 2 for £6.00 but why multibuy if don't need to? On that matter, Avs W may well be coming next from me... not right now, but hopefully soon.

    *Tampax Pearl Super Applicator 36 - vs T to 3/6 (treat as 2/6), S £3 to 18/6 and W in 2s to 18/6.

Savvy you know more about tampax than me and i worked for the company making them. The detail you go into just blows me away-savvy this thread is a much better place with your lists-thanks again.:T:beer:

    Evening all

Question for our resident t's garden expert aau1.
If I order something in the garden double up to collect in t's will they still do a price promise as it is £15 cheaper elsewhere but as it is in the double up I am not sure if they will price match.
I want to by the mower/strimmer package which I believe is only £55 in b and q.
Being mse and sacking the gardener. New neighbours have been doing a good job on joint front garden so I now only have a square patch at the back to mow.
Gardener has been a bit slap dash lately so now is the time to do it myself.
