I got fobbed off last night on overcharge of a sauce, firstly that they don't do the £2 gift cards anymore, and after she checked with superior they only do it for Asda products. :(

Meant to check today whether it is written in black and white somewhere. :o

I did see Truffle Hunter there eyeing up the sauces when SA came with me to check SEL but I don't think she recognised me without my winter coat on. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Or maybe the beauty sleep is actually working. :D

    Hi TS,

Im afraid asda have been telling you porkie pies (perhaps because you didnt have your lucky coat on!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) If you have been overcharged they will issue you with a refund for the difference and a £2 gift card as a goodwill gesture, I learnt this from the elite :) and is confimed on asda's web page and when I phoned customer services recently when I had a similar situation and the helpful person sent me
a giftcard, so maybe worth a try :)

I did get a couple of heinz sauces but not the problamatic one!
Followed by a trip to t3sc0s where I was pleased with all my bakery bargains- just going to enjoy your favourite-rhubarb pie!!!:rotfl:

Not quite how he described it to me. I thought he meant if you were unhappy with something after you tried it you could go back. :o

I contacted customer services when I was unhappy with their value loo roll and a pack of peaches. They told me to take the packs back to store. Took empty packs back for both and got a refund, and she miscalculated and gave me double :D She's a bit of a pain normally so saw it as my reward for patience. :D

The peaches were good value but flavourless, don't normally buy fruit or veg from there, definitely do not after that :(

They didnt have any to replace so i got a £2 refund. :money:

Didn't affect apg usage because i didn't take the receipt back in
